TACS•XL® In Situ Apoptosis Detection Kits
TACS•XL®原位凋亡檢測試劑盒，使用bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU)，經TdT作用加入凋亡細胞DNA碎片的3’ 端。這與使用生物素或地高辛標記核苷酸的Tunel方法相比，效率更高。通過使用biotin conjugated anti-BrdU antibody，streptavidin-HRP，提高了細胞內染色的信噪比。試劑盒分為：TACS•XL® DAB，TACS•XL® Blue Label和TACS•XL® Basic三種規格。
試劑盒組成：

The TACS™ 2 TdT Kits採用Trevigen所獨有的陽離子優化系統增強了對特殊組織的標記能力。選用高度純化的TdT enzyme，配以生物素化核苷酸，可供DAB、 TACS Blue Label™顯色或熒光檢測。
試劑盒組成：
